Terms of service

1. The service

Deadspend provides an automated, read-only audit of a Google Ads account and delivers it as a PDF report. The optional weekly watch repeats the audit every week.

2. Your account and permissions

You confirm you are authorised to grant read access to the Google Ads account you connect. We use the access only as described in the privacy policy.

3. Recommendations, not guarantees

The report contains automated analysis and recommendations. Estimates are labelled as estimates. You decide what to change in your account and are responsible for those changes. Results depend on factors we don't control.

4. Payment

The audit is a one-time payment of US$49. The weekly watch is US$29 per month, billed in advance, until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe.

5. Refunds

See the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

Don't resell reports as your own automated service, attempt to break or overload the service, or connect accounts you have no right to access.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.

8. Changes and contact
